As an Insider you can Check In once per visit. You can only Check In online, either early, or upon your arrival. Your Triple Win is redeemed when you visit us:

WIN 1: CHECK IN BONUS
Check in as an Insider and win an immediate Bonus with every visit. Simply entering our business is not considered a visit. For your visit to be valid, you must make a Dine In food or drink order. You cannot Check In and win a Bonus for Take Away or Delivery orders.

WIN 2: CHECK IN BOTTLES
In addition, each Check In contributes to your Check In Streak, enabling you to level up and win Bottles. After you win a Bonus, you are automatically taken to the Check In Streak page where you land at your current level and can see how many check ins you need to maintain a streak and win the Bottle you see there. The higher the level, the more options you have. As you level up, your bottle options increase and you can choose the bottle you want to win on each level.

With every Check In, your bottle automatically fills up by one dose. Each time you break the streak, your bottle empties by one dose. When the bottle fills up completely, you have leveled up which means that you have won the Bottle of that level for immediate or future use. All Bottles expire in 30 days and are stored in your Insider account until they are redeemed or expire, whichever occurs first.

STREAKS AND SHIELDS
At MONICA you must Check In every 1 month. to maintain your Streak. To help Insiders win bottles as often as possible, we created Streak Shields that automatically protect your bottle when you break your Streak and don't let it empty.

WHY SHIELDS ARE VALUABLE
You can use as many Shields as you have but never more than 2 consecutive times. This means that if you break your Streak 3 times in a row, only 2 of your Shields will be used to protect your bottle. After you Check In again, only then any remaining Shields you may have can be used to protect your bottle – but always only 2 consecutive Shields at a time.

HOW TO WIN SHIELDS

• Become an Insider & automatically win your first Shield.
• Make a reservation & win 1 Shield upon your arrival.
  You can win unlimited Shields by making reservations every time you visit us. Every reservation additionally enables both you and your guests to Check In Early from wherever you are and then redeem your Triple Win upon your arrival.
• Treat friends & win 1 Shield with each friend who becomes an Insider
  You can earn unlimited Shields by treating as many friends and acquaintances as you want to a drink (which does not cost you or them anything).

• Ισχύει μόνο στην Ελλάδα και μόνο στην επιχείρηση.
• Η επιχείρηση είναι αποκλειστικά υπεύθυνη για την ποιότητα των προϊόντων/υπηρεσιών της και για την εξαργύρωση των reward, bonus, awards, κλπ. που προσφέρει.
• Φέρεις την αποκλειστική ευθύνη για τη λήξη, απώλεια, κλοπή ή χρήση των reward, bonus, awards, κλπ. από τρίτους.
• Δεν μπορείς να [κάνεις Check in] πάρεις Cashback σε επισκέψεις που δεν έχεις κάνει την απαιτούμενη ελάχιστη κατανάλωση που αναγράφεται στην σελίδα checkout και στην σελίδα της κράτησής σου.
• Δεν μπορείς να κάνεις Check in και να κερδίσεις Bonus ή Λάφυρα για Take Away ή Delivery.
• Ισχύουν όλες οι διαδικασίες και προϋποθέσεις που αναλύονται στην Περιγραφή ανωτέρω.

• Rewards, Bonuses, Awards, Cashback, etc. αποθηκεύονται στον INSIDER λογαριασμό σου. Για να τα εξαργυρώσεις, θα χρειαστεί μόνο να συνδεθείς στον λογαριασμό σου. ΜΗΝ ΤΑ ΕΚΤΥΠΩΣΕΙΣ. Εξαργυρώνονται ΜΟΝΟ μέχρι την ημερομηνία λήξης τους.
• Μόνο INSIDERS με ενεργό λογαριασμό μπορούν να αποκτήσουν και να εξαργυρώσουν Rewards, Bonus, Awards, Cashback, κλπ. Για την εξαργύρωση χρειάζεται ταυτοποίηση του λογαριασμού τους και του αριθμού του κινητού τους, ο οποίος πρέπει να συμφωνεί με τον αριθμό κινητού στον λογαριασμό τους. Σε κάποιες περιπτώσεις, μπορεί να χρειαστούν και άλλα στοιχεία για την ταυτοποίηση του μέλους με τον λογαριασμό, ή/και η επίδειξη αστυνομικής ταυτότητας.
• Παραμένει στη διακριτική ευχέρεια της επιχείρησης να καθορίζει πότε και εάν θα επιτρέπει σε rewards, bonus, awards, cashback, κλπ. να συνδυαστούν με οποιεσδήποτε άλλες εκπτώσεις, προσφορές, κουπόνια τρίτων, κλπ.
• Η επιχείρηση διατηρεί το δικαίωμα να αρνηθεί σε νέο ή υφιστάμενο πελάτη για οποιονδήποτε λόγο την εξαργύρωση reward, bonus, award, cashback, κλπ. υπό την προϋπόθεση της επιστροφής τυχόν καταβεβλημένων χρημάτων για την απόκτησή του.
• Ημερομηνία Λήξης: Το Cashback δεν λήγει. Τα Bottles λήγουν σε 90 ημέρες. Τα Bonus λήγουν με την επίσκεψή σου.
• Μόνο 1 Bonus ανά επίσκεψη.
• Μόνο 1 Bottle ανά επίσκεψη.
• Μόνο 1 Cashback Reward ανά επίσκεψη.
• Μπορεί να εξαργυρωθεί αμέσως μόλις αποκτηθεί.
• Μόνο 1 Reward ανά επίσκεψη. Δεν εξαργυρώνεται με άλλα Rewards.
• Τα Bonus και Λάφυρα εξαργυρώνονται μόνο για παραγγελίες εντός του καταστήματος και όχι για Take Away ή Delivery.
